Jaguar Land Rover has acquired the services of Nokia's chief imaging head Damien Dinning, who it hopes will advance its connected car systems. Dinning, who has been with the Finnish technology giant since 2004, took the decision to leave because of his reluctance to relocate his family from the UK to Finland. Renault has confirmed prices for the RenaultSport Clio 200, starting at £18,995 in standard spec and £19,995 for the Lux spec. Starting at £18,995, the RenaultSport Clio 200 comes with AirCon, SatNav, Bluetooth, Keyless and Sports seats with Renault’s Efficient Dual Clutch (EDC) gearbox as standard (which can skip gears) and the RS Drive system – giving a choice of three modes that change the settings for throttle, engine and steering – launch control and traction control you can actually switch off. If you want a few more home comforts, then you can opt for the Lux version that throws in Climate, auto lights and wipers, better sound system and electric windows for an extra £1,000.
New 2012 Peugeot 208 - photos revealed a day early
Just last week we revealed that the new Peugeot 208 will be revealed tomorrow (2nd November). Which was clearly Peugeot’s plan. Unfortunately, for Peugeot, a German site had broken the embargo on the 208, so we have the first official pictures of Peugeot’s replacement for the 207 a day ahead of the event.
